Whether an exam is proctored depends upon what percentage of your overall grade the exam accounts for. Some exams, such as finals, which make up a large percentage of your overall grade may be proctored. It is best to check with your professor for specific requirements related to each individual course.
Can the online Master of Science in Applied Statistics (MSAS) program be completed in one-year if taken full time?
The online MSAS program is made up of 10 courses, or 30 total credit-hours. Students take two courses each semester. Each course is seven weeks long. The program is designed so that students always take one, seven-week course at a time. The program takes five semesters to complete, or just under two years. Students can transfer up to three courses, or nine credits, going into the program depending on previous educational experience. Even if the maximum number of courses are transferred in, the program will still take four semesters to complete, or just over one year.
